"For the past year Shawn and Lenny have been helping me steadily renovate a 3600sq ft house that’s largely been neglected for the better part of 40 years. The house is a combination of an original 1780 build with 1970 extension that didn’t flow externally. We’re just completing Phase 1 - sorting out the existing house. There are two more phases. Phase 2, consisting of landscaping and building a new 3 bay garage with room over and Phase 3, a large extension.
Over the last year L&S have undertaken (or sourced) excellent work covering, brickwork, grounds work, construction carpentry, interior fine carpentry, roofing (via associate), plastering & rendering (via associate), plumbing (via associate) and electrical (via associate)
.I have had other tradesmen on site but I’ve found that the L&S (and extended crew) to be just what I need. They are willing to work with me, solving issues and happy to work around my own efforts. They are visibly sensible in their work and clean/tidy once done.
The result a year on is a much more cohesive house and a building team I can trust to take on the upcoming larger and more complex stages of the project."

"Over the last 18 months we have used Len and Shaun for various projects at home, a new back door, replacing out buildings, fences, garden walls being built. And in the last month our lounge fireplace. I will admit to being fussy, but they are the best builders I have found in years. I am thrilled with my new fireplace which will used this winter instead of central heating. The brick work and craftmanship of Len is out of this world. From pointing us in the right direction to find suitable brick slims to ensuring we found the correct pattern for the bricks. I highly recommend these lads. Amazing, helpful and they clean up after themselves.

"L&S Extensions completely refurbished my whole home. And were fantastic from the moment we contacted them.
